Non-Emulsifier

An oilfield non-emulsifier formulated to reduce or prevent the formation of stable emulsions between crude oil and aqueous treatment fluids. It is particularly useful during acidizing, stimulation and well-treatment operations where contact between reservoir crude and treatment fluids can create persistent emulsions that interfere with fluid recovery and production performance.

Used in: Acidizing and stimulation treatments; well clean-up fluids; completion/workover operations; crude-oil systems prone to oil/water emulsion formation.

Why it is used: To promote faster oil-water separation and minimize emulsion-related flow restrictions or clean-up problems after treatment.
